Extended Story Hour
The purpose of the Extended Story Hour program is to introduce children to the wonderful world of libraries. A significant part of a child's intellectual capacity develops before going to school. The purpose of the program is to help children develop good listening, social, and motor skills, gain separation from their caregivers, and interact with their peers. Sharing stories and books helps children develop their vocabulary and understand the world around them.
Children 3 years - 3 1/2 years by September 1
Time: 9:15 to 11:00am
When: Monday and Wednesday

Requirements: Two proofs of town residency, birth certificate, and immunization records

Join the Club!
Ms. Jen, Children's Librarian, will teach you how to use our card catalog, find high quality information on the Internet, use Microsoft Office applications, and build a simple web page!
The club meets the first Wednesday of most months (starting in September) from 3:30pm - 5:00pm in the second floor computer lab.
Space is limited to fourteen students and a library card (in good standing) will be needed to register.
